Michelle

Like so many great singers, Michelle's music "education" began right where it should: in church, singing gospel with her cousins in the hills of Carolina. ...but it didn't end there. The Winter Park, FL native pursued a more formal education in classical and jazz, earning a degree in music from Florida State University, and followed that with the "real world" school of thousands of shows on some of Florida's highest-profile stages: Pleasure Island at Walt Disney World, Church Street Station's Orchid Garden Ballroom, resort/convention showrooms, and many others.

Close your eyes and you might hear hints of each of those influences -- you might even recognize the voice as one you've heard on radio/TV commercials and programs across the southern U.S. Don't keep those eyes closed for long, though... Michelle commands the stage with an enthusiasm that is infectious -- and you WILL catch it, from your rockin' head to your dancin' feet.

Michelle lives in Winter Springs, FL with her husband John, a professor and the band's drummer, and her daughter Sierra.
